もう一回検証してみます

• オンラインで追加のガジェットを取得（http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=55696）にアクセスすると「このページは表示できません」
• www.gallery.microsoft...これも同じページにリンクしている。
• たまーに（http://gallery.microsoft.com/vista.aspx）にページ遷移するけど同じ結果
• http://gallery.live.com/...ダメ

　
Microsoft Gadget（http://microsoftgadgets.com/Gallery/）ならアクセスできる。この中のForumsに「 XMLPost not working」ってのがあって、

ということで、ウィルスバスター2007のURLフィルタの「信頼済みにする」に登録してみた。変化はない。
