Windows8.1で自動ログイン設定してから、Internet Explorerが自動起動するぞ

• netplwizで自動ログオン設定にした
• IEが自動起動、ホームページ設定を無視して「http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=219472&clcid=0x409」に接続しようとする
• URLをググると
